At Jump Around, we take great care to ensure every order is packaged securely and arrives safely.

Live Jumping Spiders

All live jumping spiders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

This service provides:

• Next working day delivery (Monday to Friday)
• Full tracking
• Signature on delivery
• Priority handling for live animals

To help ensure your spider spends as little time in transit as possible, live spiders are typically dispatched Monday to Thursday only. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the next suitable dispatch day to avoid delays over the weekend.

Accessories & Enclosures

Orders that do not contain a live spider are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (First Class Tracked).

This service includes:

• Fully tracked delivery
• Delivery aim of 1–2 working days

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both a live spider and other products, your entire order will be shipped together using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm to ensure your spider receives the fastest and safest service possible.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Delays

While Royal Mail provides excellent service, delivery times are not guaranteed in exceptional circumstances such as severe weather, industrial action or other events outside our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
