At Jump Around Jumping Spiders, the health and welfare of our spiders is always our highest priority. We carefully choose the safest shipping methods to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition.

Spider Orders

All live jumping spiders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

This fully tracked service provides the quickest and most secure delivery available, helping to minimise the time your spider spends in transit.

Dispatch Schedule

Spider orders are normally dispatched on the next working day, provided weather conditions are suitable for safe travel.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Weather Delays

Unlike standard products, live animals cannot be shipped safely in extreme temperatures.

If the forecast indicates temperatures that are too hot or too cold for safe overnight travel, we will delay dispatch until conditions improve.

While we understand this may be disappointing, the wellbeing of our spiders will always come first. Delaying dispatch by a day or two is far safer than risking your new pet during transit.

If your order is affected, we'll keep you informed and dispatch it as soon as it's safe to do so.

Non-Live Orders

Orders that do not contain a live spider, such as enclosures, décor, feeding equipment, or accessories, are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (First Class Tracked).

These orders are fully tracked, and you'll receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both a live spider and accessories, your entire order will be shipped together using Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure everything arrives safely at the same time.

Delivery Address

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery on the expected delivery day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery requires secure delivery, and providing an accurate address and contact details will help avoid delays.
